Samir ADDAMINE  
As an expert in Internet and mobile technologies and services, Samir Addamine regularly consults leading French and international players in this industry. After working as a consultant and business developer in several French and European-wide consultancies, he co-founded ClicMobile, a start-up specialised in mobile communities. In addition, he participated to technology transfer programmes between the European Union and the Middle-East and North Africa.  
     
William BYRD  
A graduate of Harvard, William Byrd is an internationally renowned specialist of North Africa, Middle-East and Asia – including Afghanistan – about which he offered several books and studies. In his rich career, he set up the Chase Manhattan Bank’s representation in Tunisia, managed the World Bank’s programmes in Afghanistan, took part in industrial projects in Russia.  
     
Adrien HENNI  
A graduate of the Paris Institute for Political Sciences, Adrien Faiz Henni is a specialist of Russia and the former USSR, which he has known since 1987. In the mid 90’s, he contributed to the creation of Russia’s first modern medical assistance. Since that time, he has worked in Russia and Ukraine for western companies as an executive and as a consultant. In France, from 2000 to 2003, Adrien founded and managed People-to-People Technologies, a pioneer company in online social networking. (Now the project bears the name of Etyssa.) He also led several IT projects as a consultant.  
     
Ghazi HIDOUCI  
Trained as a statistician, Ghazi Hidouci was Algeria’s minister of economy and finance during the period of reforms in the late 80’s. Since he was exiled to France, in 1992, he has worked as a consultant for the UN, the World Bank, the OECD as well as several other governemental and non-governmental organisations. He is the president of AITEC, an international network of technicians, experts and researchers, and a member of the boards of SOGEPOSTE and Echanges et Partenariats. He also represents in Europe the Municipal Development Partnership, a network of local authorities in western and central Africa.  
     
Nikolai KONSTANTINOV  
In Russia, Nikolai Konstantinov is a recognised expert in risk analysis and bank credit. After graduating from the Irkustk Universty, he was appointed as Head of department at BaikalRosBank. Then, in Mosow, he became Chief economist in Alfa Bank’s Credit Dpt., before heading the Credit Dpt. at Credit Europe Leasing. Nikolai Konstantinov has provided risk analyses for numerous investment projects involving both Russian and foreign players in such fields as construction, oil and gas extraction and processing, wood processing, food industry, transportation, services, etc.  
     
  Ngo MAN LANH  
A specialist of economic development and international trade and finance, Ngo Man Lanh focuses on the South-East Asian region. He teaches in several European, Asian and African universities. He was hired by the Vietnamese government as an economic advisor as well as by the UN as an expert and project director. Ngo Man Lanh also wrote several export studies in the fields of energy and food industry.  
     
Jean-François NOUBEL  
A former senior executive in international corporations, Jean-François Noubel is a world-renowned researcher and consultant in collective intelligence, open source and open money. He helps corporations and governments to design local and global strategies for sustainable development in the information era. He is the founder of The Transitioner, a leading NGO and web resource on these issues.  
     
  Marco RINALDI  
  An economist and system engineer, Marco Rinaldi managed and restructured several Italian food engineering and production companies. He also organised food projects in North Africa and Eastern Europe. He also worked in the field of tourism in Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.
