Adrien
HENNI |

| A graduate of the
Paris Institute for Political Sciences, Adrien Faiz Henni is a
specialist of Russia and the former USSR, which he has known since
1987. In the mid 90’s, he contributed to the creation of Russia’s first
modern medical assistance. Since that time, he has worked in Russia and
Ukraine for western companies as an executive and as a consultant. In
France, from 2000 to 2003, Adrien founded and managed
People-to-People Technologies, a pioneer company in online social
networking. (Now the project bears the name of Etyssa.)

| Trained as a statistician, Ghazi
Hidouci was Algeria’s minister of economy and finance during the period
of reforms in the late 80’s. Since he was exiled to France, in 1992, he
has worked as a consultant for the UN, the World Bank, the OECD as well
as several other governemental and non-governmental organisations. He
is the president of AITEC, an international network of technicians,
experts and researchers, and a member of the boards of SOGEPOSTE and
